Обязанности:
Main purpose: The purpose of the role is to manage development and implementation of company e-commerce strategy, drive online sales across E-commerce channels: Marketplaces, ePharma, On Demand. Main responsibilities: Development and execution of annual e-activation plan (including Performance Marketing) for e-Retailers in collaboration with E-KAM; jointly develops strategies and implements/optimizes activities to win the online share and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in each e-Retailer. Build and maintain the activation calendar across all E-Commerce Customers, developing and executing monthly campaigns to drive consumers acquisition and retention. Post evaluation analysis of all activations in the e-Retailers (ROI, ROAS, sell-out results), promo library monthly update. Daily communication with e-retailers on e-activation plan implementation. Ensure strategic effective partnership with TOP e-retailers. To monitor E-commerce KPIs (Share of Search, Ratings&Reviews, Content) via analytical tool (24 TTL) and develop action plan for improvement. E-commerce content (B+, A+, descriptions, titles) development or adaptation in close collaboration with Brand Marketing team, ensuring content placement across e-Retailers. E-commerce budget management. Special project development to drive incremental Sell-out. Test &Learn projects initiation, new opportunities for E-Commerce channel development. Market & competition monitoring, analysis and recommendations development. Qualification: Background in e-commerce 1-2 years; Background in digital/marketing is advantage; Good understanding of Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing; Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities; Proactive approach & Innovative and entrepreneurial focus; Ability to multi-task & Strong organizational and follow up skills; Excellent communication skills; A self-starter and able to work independently; English upper intermediate.
